Vino A. Vinai Neromosso Bianco is a lively, slightly sparkling Sicilian white wine crafted on the slopes of Etna near Catania from Nerello Mascalese and aromatic local white grapes. Pale straw-yellow with delicate copper reflections, it offers intense floral notes and fresh white-fleshed fruit on the nose. On the palate, it is soft and refreshing, with gentle bubbles that add an unexpected vibrancy and a pleasantly persistent finish. Versatile and convivial, Neromosso Bianco is ideal as an aperitif with friends and pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, pasta, white meats, vegetables, and cheeses.
