Contadi Castaldi Franciacorta Brut DOCG is a classic-method Italian sparkling wine from the renowned Franciacorta area in Lombardy, crafted mainly from Chardonnay with Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco for added depth. In the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow hue with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage that immediately suggests elegance. The nose is fresh and inviting, with notes of citrus, white peach, linden flowers and subtle hints of green pepper and brioche. On the palate it is crisp, sapid and perfectly balanced, combining lively acidity with creamy bubbles and a long, mineral, beautifully refreshing finish.
