Spumante Toso Glaxe’ Secco is a lively Italian sparkling wine made from a well-balanced blend of white grapes, crafted with the Charmat method for a fresh, modern style. In the glass it shows a light, brilliant straw-yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles and an elegant bouquet of wisteria, elderflower, and ripe notes of peach and pear. On the palate it is young, gracious, and jauntily fresh, offering an inviting balance of fruit and acidity at 11% alcohol.
